I've worn many hats throughout my career. Behavior suggests this has been my key attribute. If there was a problem that needed a creative solution, I wanted in. And I would learn to fill any role that was missing an occupant. Of course, passion for problems is not the same as experience with solutions, the effective and the not-so-effective.
